Storyboard

Same as for the Week 4 and Week 5 Video assignments, I created my storyboard using GoodNotes.

Interactive Module

I developed my module in Rise 360 by Articulate. This web-based content authoring tool is incredible — the ease of use and extensive content library are unparalleled, and having a finished product ready for any device in a matter of hours is remarkable.

The instructional goal of this module is to provide learners with actionable steps they can take to make their workspace more mindful, as part of their mindfulness toolkit. The learner objectives are to perform an ergonomic self-evaluation, and to try out recommended tools and apps to help make their workspace and work habits more mindful. This module supports the learner objectives by providing the information needed to successfully complete the objectives, reinforcing the information through course interactions and knowledge checks, and then encouraging learners to take their first step after completing the course.

Digital Media Evaluation Checklist

Here is my checklist evaluation for my Mindful Workspace Interactive eLearning Module. This module is directly related to a learning gap addressed by the mindfulness curriculum I have planned for the next course, IDT400x, and this is taken into account in its evaluation:
