New APX-BNB LP reward pool has commenced

With regard to APX【Proposal-24】which has passed on 25 December 2023, the new APX-BNB LP reward pool amount has taken effect on 27 December 2023.

APX-BNB LP staking is 0.4 APX per block reward.
