The latest update of ARCS project (May 18th, 2022)
First of all, we apologize for not updating you all for a while. We got many questions about the current status of the ARCS project and requests to make the information public. So in this article, we explain the current status and what core team members are doing now.
Development status of products
As we mentioned in some past posts, we are now working on following three products in parallel:
- BEP20 ARX token
- Bridge between Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain
- AIre Databank
Regarding the BEP20 ARX token and BSC/Ethereum Bridge, as you can see in the previous posts (#1, #2), they are already available on Ethereum Testnet. Also, the smart contract audit has already been completed by PeckShield. So we can say they are ready to deploy and release on Mainnet 🚀
AIre Databank is almost ready to publish on Ethereum Testnet for community testing purposes. In the last post, we published the demo video for Seller and Buyer as the users of AIre Databank. At the time, the Admin features were not ready. But now the development has been finished. So we can make it public for community members to try and test the full features of AIre Databank.
Overall, our development has been going well!
Why the team didn’t launch the products
We tried to boost the ARCS ecosystem once we launched the products mentioned above. For that, of course, we know that we need a strong strategy for marketing, listing, community and so on. So we discussed with some potential crypto exchanges, marketing agencies and partners in the past 3 months.
Fortunately, we got some good feedback from them. But, on the other hand, they requested us to ride on the wave of the recent web3 trend such as NFT, “xxx to earn” and Metaverse. In addition, they also pointed out that the AIre databank is not easy to understand its concept. This means we need a one-liner to explain the AIre Databank.
Based on their fruitful comments, core members have decided to consider and re-design the long-term strategy. Our product might be slightly changed along with the new strategy. And the product release timing is also quite important in terms of effective marketing. This is why we decided not to launch the products even though they are almost ready.
We apologize for not making important information public.
Timeline
We try to complete the redesign of the new strategy by the beginning of June. After that, we will explain it via official announcement, AMA and any communication channels.
