When we think about iconic English football clubs, surely Rotherham doesn’t come to mind, even if they have their proud history, founded in 1925 they never reached top flight football but they lost to Aston Villa in the inaugural League Cup final back in 1961.

They take their nickname “The Millers” from a place, the old Millmor ground.

In Football Manager terms we have a lovely tiny stadium, I hope it could be expanded in the future but for the level we are now it’s a good ground.

After the summer transfers our financial situation is not flourishing but it looks improved if compared with our starting balance, I tried my best to balance the books and we still have some budget to spend for wages.

On a negative note we have too many players with expiring contracts (8 if we don’t consider loans), I didn’t renew any of them so far cause I’m going to test my players skills and decide later who deserve to stay at the New York Stadium next season.

Start spreading the news…
