Asana2Go: SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)

SWOT Analysis created by Asana2Go

Asana2Go, the multi-purpose tool to flexibly copy, export and print from Asana (no affiliation), now easily creates attractive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis output from any of your tasks, regardless of how they’re organized. (Other new Asana2Go features, Eisenhower Matrixes, creating projects dashboards/roll-ups and import/export of mind maps, are covered separately.)

Generate the SWOT Analysis in a Few Seconds

Start with any set of Asana tasks in a Project, Search Results or My Tasks and then tag the ones you want to appear in the output like this:

Tasks are tagged for use in Asana2Go SWOT Analysis

Note: You can optionally use a Custom Field instead of tags: Use a dropdown Custom Field called SWOT with the same four values as options.

Select all the tasks you’d like to appear in the output and then in Asana2Go just choose the SWOT Analysis format and click View+Copy or View+Print/PDF to output.

See the video in Asana2Go Creates Your Eisenhower Matrix for a demo of this process.
