With the escalating demand for Crossovers, it may be easy to label the launch of a new sedan as no big deal. But wait till you take a look at the 2018 Honda Accord, which by the looks of it is absolutely a big deal. From its redesigned sleek styling, to its range of new engines, the 2018 Honda Accord is all set to steal the spotlight in the mid-size sedan segment.

The Honda new cars of the 2018 Accord series will be available in five trim levels LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, EX-L with navigation, and Touring.

Sportier Looks, Confidence Stance and Sleek Design

With the 2018 Accord, Honda wanted to create a visually appealing sedan that turns head when on the road. It has gone through a complete redesign with more aerodynamic features and interior space. This Accord is slightly lower and wider. Its windshield pillars are pulled back to improve outward visibility and optical balance. The chrome winged grille, a long hood with creases, sculpting along the lower body, and the beltline arc — all together give this Honda new car a distinct and sportier appeal.

Spacious Interior with Better Materials

There’s plenty of room in this Accord. Even though the overall length of this Accord has been reduced, there’s ample of space in the rear seat. Inside, 12-way power adjustment is available for the driver’s seat and is supported with height-adjustable lumbar support. Both the rear and front seats are available with heating and ventilation, with optional rear seat heaters which now warm the cushions and back rest. One can also expect the cabin to be very quiet, thanks to the acoustic laminated windshield and standard active noise control system.

An 8-inch touchscreen handles the infotainment system with features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. Powerful Engine, Better Safety and Excellent Driving Performance

You have two engine choices when buying the 2018 Honda Accord, a turbocharged 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine and a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, and a hybrid drivetrain. The 1.5-liter engine powers the car with 192 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 192 pound-feet of torque between 1,500 and 5,000 rpm. A CVT comes standard in all trims, but the Sport model is also available with a six-speed manual gearbox.
