Sneak Peek: The Bolt Bug
Attention, item pre-sale buyers: you might receive a car part for free!
Hello, racers! The Battle Racers item pre-sale is over, and the team has started preparing for the game’s launch on Decentraland. In this Sneak Peek, you’ll see the first car model to be part of our next season of cars. Plus, some of you will get your hands on it ahead of everyone else!

Let’s rewind to the first 24 hours of our item pre-sale: some early buyers ran into technical issues that prevented them from opening their crates. We promised then that those affected would receive a special car part as compensation. We are extending this to cover everyone who bought a crate within the first 96 hours! Here’s how it works:
- Everyone who bought crates on Day 1 will receive a Prime Epic Elite part
- Everyone who bought crates on Day 2–4 will receive a Prime Rare Elite part
- If you bought on both Day 1 and Day 2–4, you’ll receive both parts
- The parts will be randomly chosen from a special car model
- Parts will be airdropped directly into your wallet
Which car will these parts be from? Introducing our newest car model… The Bolt Bug!
The Bolt Bug is our first car model made after the item pre-sale. It looks like an insect, because it’s for people who got our crate-opening bug… Get it? :D
The Bolt Bug will be available for sale in the future — most likely as part of Season 1, our first print of cars after Battle Racers launches on Decentraland. However, those car parts will no longer have the Prime tag, and are subject to crate drop rates for rarities and Elite.
For those receiving the part from the airdrop, you are guaranteed Rare and/or Epic parts, with Prime and Elite tags.
The airdrop will happen with a week from now, so keep an eye on your wallets!
