Beamers! Get Your Spooky Side out for the Beam NFTs Halloween Competition!
The Beam Team invites you by the warm fireside to the Beam NFTs Halloween Competition! $BEAMs beaming for the winners, $RAY shining on the voting participants! NFTs bonanza for the Beamers who love collecting!
Key Details:
- The competition is set to launch on October 27th, artists can submit their collections by 30th October (4 PM UTC). The NFT marketplace will go live on October 31st.
- The spoils go to the top 3 victors!
- 🥇1st Prize - 2000 BEAM
- 🥈2nd Prize -1000 BEAM
- 🥉3rd Prize - 500 BEAM
Ground Rules
- We expect the Beam Girl and the new $BEAMX token to represent, backdropped with spooky Halloween themes (images must be original by the person who submits it)
- Each artist can submit 1 collection until 30th October (4PM UTC), to: NFT@Beam.mw , the email should include:
- The collection — comprised of up to 10 images (file size limit 200KB each)
- The contract public key — (on Desktop wallet can be found on DAPP section → NFT Gallery, on Web Wallet can be found here or here (this link expected to be live soon)
- Prices of each image (100% of the revenue goes to the artist)
- Artist name (does not have to be real name)
- Voting starts on 31st October and ends on 3rd November
- All participating Beamers will receive 2 $RAYs, a confidential asset hosted on the Beam blockchain, directly from the contract.
- Voting will be conducted on-chain through Beam Wallet and Beam Web Wallet. (Get $BEAM from the built-in Faucet DAPP for up to 500 free transactions!)
The Halloween Competition will also serve as a gateway for testing the newly released Beam Web Wallet, available on Chrome, and the upcoming Beam NFT Marketplace. Artists! We hope for pumpkins and spiderwebs and witchy Beam girls! Let your imagination run free!
After the Halloween Competition concludes, The NFT@beam.mw email will remain open for artists that wish to develop new NFT collections. As we continue to develop the NFT marketplace further, Artists will be able to upload NFT collections, mint NFTs directly through the DAPP, list them for sale and much more!
