Inspired by the greatest presentation on the topic of leadership ever given to man (Jesus Christ in Matthew chapters 5–6–7). Beatitudes was originally a project where I, Lionel Nkaya, explored the theme of leadership through books and movies. It is now transitioning to a blog where I just put ideas on a page. Ideas that challenge the status quo, ideas that encourage me to rethink, to learn and unlearn. As the old saying goes : “you can only go as high as the depth of your foundation”, this is why since the first post in November 2012, the only things we care about on Beatitudes are the three things that remain at the end of the day: faith, hope and love.
