Introduction

Hello, Beaxians!

Welcome to this edition of the Beaxy Exchange community newsletter!

Let’s begin by reiterating a message from previous editions: Beaxy 2.0 is being rebuilt from scratch with a renewed strategic direction. Our ambition is to bring a feature-rich cryptocurrency exchange platform to market that alleviates many of the known pain points with exchanges. In light of that, we’ve made powerful strides toward our goal with yet another extremely productive month over at Beaxy, with significant releases, product improvements, and more.

Here’s what you can expect in this edition of the newsletter:

Before moving onto what has been going on at Beaxy since the last edition, let’s take a brief recap.

Product Improvements

Feedback throughout the beta testing phase and soft-launch helped us to iron out some of the minor issues reported on both the desktop and mobile versions of the platform.

We also briefly touched on improvements, including, fiat integration, TradingView integration, and more, and we’ll discuss progress on some of that below.

Introducing STK, Beaxy’s New Loyalty and Rewards Program

It’s back! In the past few newsletters and in our community channels, we provided some insight on a new and improved loyalty and rewards program. Introducing STK.

Introducing STK; Beaxy’s loyalty and rewards program

After hundreds of models and a slew of number crunching, we finally re-engineered a loyalty and rewards program that rewards you.

The premise behind the program is simple; allocate your BXY tokens towards the program and get rewarded up to 12% APR of allocated tokens, or a pro-rata share of 7% of the exchange’s collected fees.*

With the planning and design completed, the program is currently in development and we’ll keep you updated on its progress along with giving you additional details about STK. Stay tuned!

*Participation is subject to full program terms and conditions

Buy Your Crypto On Beaxy with a Credit or Debit Card

Beaxy partners with Simplex to bring you crypto purchases with a debit and credit card

On April 21, we announced the arrival of a long-awaited feature via a brand new partnership with Simplex, an EU-licensed credit and debit card-to-crypto payments processor; the ability to purchase cryptocurrency with a debit and credit card on Beaxy.

Quoting the Simplex Team:

“We are excited to enable our leading on-ramp solution on Beaxy, making the payment process safer and easier than ever before”

You can purchase Bitcoin and Ethereum with a credit or debit card on Beaxy

This partnership is a signal of Beaxy’s ambition. Co-President Nick Murphy said of the partnership:

“Credit and debit card purchases powered by Simplex provide users a new and efficient way to add money to the crypto market. This convenience drives access and adoption of cryptocurrencies for larger groups of potential users around the world. The more bridges we can build between legacy systems and the crypto market, the better. It reflects our commitment to building an exchange built on revolutionary technology, driven by convenience, and backed by peace of mind”

Is it an April fools joke, or not? We gave a brief glimpse into Trender.

Dubbed the “Tinder for Trading”, Trender is our new artificial intelligence trading tool providing traders with technical insights.

Revolutionising Exchange Listing Fees — Beaxy Boost

We conducted research to understand the key obstacles faced by a project and our findings conclusively pointed to listing fees. As such, we devised a new program revolutionising the way that cryptocurrency projects are listed on an exchange.

Get listed, get paid. That’s the purpose of the Beaxy Exchange’s innovative new listings program.

Starting now, all projects listed on Beaxy are entitled to 12% of trading fees collected on their trading pair, monthly.

That’s right. Our goal is to bridge the gap between cryptocurrency projects and exchanges — by giving back.

The Beaxy Exchange are accepting application submissions. If you’re a team member of a project, complete the Listings Application form, and a member of the Beaxy team will be in touch!

Beaxy Exchange in the Media

With all the progress that we’ve made over the past few weeks, Beaxy have been making the headlines.

First, our new trading tool, Trender, along with our partnership with Simplex made the headlines on Yahoo! Finance and Benzinga.

Our partnership with Simplex was also covered by Blockonomi and Coinspeaker.

Finally, look out for us on Uptrennd!

Uptrennd, poised “the next evolution of social media” is an innovative new platform for content creators.

Outlook

We’re moving leaps and bounds in a short space of time and are closer to realising our vision and ambition for Beaxy. Summarising the business’ announcements and improvements over the past few weeks;

  • Our new loyalty and rewards program, STK
  • Trender
  • Our partnership with Simplex, offering customers with crypto purchases with a debit and credit card
  • Beaxy Boost
  • TradingView integration

We’re also making progress on improving the usability of the platform. To this effect, we launched a brand new website and provided some improvements to UX.

That said, we’re far from where our standards lie in delivering the kind of exchange that users want to see; there are many improvements still to come.

The last few weeks have been extremely productive and have yielded impressive results for Beaxy, here’s to the next few and beyond!
