Announcement: Our Re-Brand and a New Platform Coming!
Hi everyone. Over the past year, we’ve been hard at work developing a new platform. While engaging with you, our customers, we’ve identified key problems and made big changes to the areas of our service that need improvement. As we progress toward the release of the new platform (due in the next few months…. stay tuned!), we would like to share some of these changes with you, and cover the benefits of the update.
What’s Changing?
Today, we have updated our branding in preparation for the launch of the new platform. Here it is:
You will see this new brand roll out across our website, communications and social media. Head over to our site and have a look now (https://btradeaustralia.com). We think it looks nice and hope you do too! The website also has some other slight styling updates and new graphics but, from a functionality point of view it is pretty much the same…. for now.
We’ve listened to feedback about the current platform experience and have worked hard over the past 9 months to develop a brand new experience. We are testing the new version of our platform with users now. Our goal is still to help you quickly and easily buy and sell cryptocurrency with us and we’re excited to share some details of what’s in the pipeline.
The new platform will:
- Have a new, cleaner look and better experience
- Have faster navigation and greater reliability
- Support other popular crypto currencies including Ether
- Allow for quick and easy launch of new features and services
We have also invested heavily in customer service, with more team members and more streamlined systems. See our previous announcement about that here.
