Log in to your account and proceed to submit details for identity verification. Kindly provide valid phone number as a code will be sent to the number.

Submit your profile details.
Step 5:
Verify your identity by uploading personal documents. Enter your identity card number and upload a clear front and back image.
Next, scan or take a clear picture of your passport and upload it.
Proceed with submitting a clear picture of yourself with your personal details. Click “See instructions and example” for the demo picture.
On a piece of blank paper, write the following line:
“Verification for buying digital assets at BITRADX.com”
Remember to include your own name and signature.
Tips for quick approval: Submit a high-quality picture. Take your picture at a bright spot and ensure the details are visible and clear.
