The White Dolphin Challenge

You might have heard about the Blue Whale Challenge. It’s a dare-based “game” that requires participants to complete 50 tasks in 50 days. The ultimate task — committing suicide by jumping off a high-rise. Unfortunately, it has become quite a fad among teenagers.

Why is Blue Whale challenge popular?

Makers of the game are aware of the vulnerabilities of the teenagers and know that teenagers succumb to peer pressure easily. They are also aware of the fact that teenagers nowadays are finding themselves unhappy, directionless and lacking goals. Blue Whale challenge preys on such teenagers and manipulates them by directing them to complete 50 tasks in 50 days — in the end making these teenagers suicidal.

Okay, enough of this sinister ‘game’. What is the White Dolphin challenge?

It’s the exact opposite of the Blue Whale Challenge. 30 tasks spread across 30 days to make you feel more positive and help you become a better version of yourself. Taking up these small yet effective tasks each day will reinforce confidence and positivity in you. Also, at the end of the challenge, you might find yourself with some great healthy lifestyle habits.
