You can access the symptom tracking screen by tapping on the plus button at the bottom of the main screen. All symptoms can be tracked on a 5-point intensity scale, where 1 represents experiencing the hardest of the symptom, and 5 represents feeling the best. Words are shown as a guide to help you pick the right intensity of the symptom you experience. The app offers 20 default symptoms, and the possibility for you to enter your own custom symptoms as well. On the symptom tracking screen, tap on the “option” button to access a screen where you can toggle off the symptoms that are less relevant to you.

Your symptoms are analysed in several ways:

  • At the top of the Home screen you can see an overview of how your symptoms for today compare to yesterday’s values.
  • The Analysis screen gives you an overview of each symptom based on the data you tracked in the last 7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. In addition you can pinch the screen to zoom in or out of specific dates.
  • The Monthly Report displays the symptoms that have improved and those that have worsened when compared to the previous month. It also gives you a summary of your best and worst day as well as your medication adherence. It helps see how allergies, diet, menstrual cycle (if you are a menstruating individual) and medication adherence can influence your symptoms and highlights any medication dose or brand change.
  • The Doctor Review displays a summary of your current and improved symptoms, medication, fitness and lab tests to share with your doctor.

Please keep in mind that the app is a companion app intended to be used by people diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, and is not intended to be used for medical diagnosis or stand-alone treatment.
