This article is related to the experiment I started with ChatGPT. You can find more about this new third blog here.

So, I am using ChatGPT for my new third blog (a micro niche in tech) and the results are not that much great. I ended up writing a few articles myself.

My Progress so far — after heavily editing ChatGPT-generated articles

Screenshot By Author

Followers — 106

Total Articles Published — 7 (I deleted the previous articles and published new articles. I wrote more and depended less on ChatGPT this time. And you can see the results above. Fewer articles and more followers, plus more reads.)

Emails Collected — 5 (I had only one article with my new newsletter link.)

I haven’t monetized this new blog yet. So money made on this blog is $0

What I have learned about ChatGPT so far?

I am not proud of the results. I mentioned in my previous article that I have deleted all my articles created by ChatGPT. The articles were repetitive and people often notice AI-generated content.

I like traditional ways of writing my articles and books. and that is through reading and learning.

Doesn’t matter how much I edit, the tone of the AI-generated article doesn’t change.

I finally wrote a few articles myself and you can see the results. I reached my 100 followers goal with few articles and no engagement.

Who should use ChatGPT?

If you are here to create a brand then forget AI content. Use AI only for generating new ideas and it helped me a lot during writer’s block. Not much though. This could be done just by typing the query on Google’s search bar.

If you wanna do Affiliate marketing then this is for you. This is very common with Affiliate marketers to use SEO tools and AI for their content. And there is no problem with it. If you are into Affiliate Marketing then tools like ChatGPT can be very much useful for you.

Will I use ChatGPT in the future?

The results are okay but not unique. For now, I think I am done with ChatGPT because I can do better than this. AI is making life easier for every one of us but at the end of the day, it’s a machine. Use it only when you need it. Period.
