Hi guys๐Ÿ––๐Ÿป , how are you doing ? ๐Ÿค”

I hope that everything okay ๐Ÿ˜…

In the previous post we discussed the time management , in this post we going to analyze some new ways how to manage your time ๐Ÿ˜‰ lets start

Today we gonna discuss some methodologies which will help you to manage your time ๐Ÿ˜Š

To Do-List

First of all you need to create this list , but you need to be more realistic ๐Ÿ˜ you must to create it for week and then for month , I try to use this method to save my time and have clear vision

I donโ€™t have the design fully worked out in my headโ€Šโ€”โ€Šthat would be a process of weeks or months. But the first part is to get a bunch of inputs from the userโ€Šโ€”โ€Šessentially, commitments and goals with times attached. For example:

Sleep: 8 hours/day

Home work: 50 hours/week

Exercise: 3 hours/week

There would need to be a hierarchy to get more detail. For example, within the work bucket, you could add:

Recruiting: 8 hours/week

Strategy: 8 hours/month

To be accurate, youโ€™d also want to build in less-frequent commitments, like:

Visit parents: 1 week/year

Dentist: 2 hours/6 months

Ideally, this would be a reporting tool not just a one-time budgeting tool, but that requires some way to input on what you actually did. You can imagine a system for this, but that might be too much work.

2nd step VIZUALIZATION

The goal is to visualize how youโ€™re choosing to carve up your life. Charts and graphs. Maybe a block diagram that let you zoom in to various levels.

One of the most interesting exercises would be learning how much actual free time you have. Iโ€™m guessing for the vast majority of us, it would be virtually none, which is why weโ€™re always feeling like we canโ€™t get done what we want to or thought we would.

Likely this will make you think a lot harder before committing to anything and, hopefully, a lot less disappointed that youโ€™ve run out of time.๐Ÿ˜‰

Have a nice day my dear follower ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜
