I am writing about a water bottle order we placed on May 1.

Our firm has been very satisfied with Bottles ‘R’ Us since switching five months ago, but there were issues with the order we received today. Two water bottles were found missing despite the fact that the purchase order clearly indicated that 50 items should have been included.

We would appreciate it if you would send the missing items by May 10.
