ByteNext Launchpad Tutorial: How To Participate In An INO?

As the ByteNext Launchpad is going to mark its first INO to be one of the pioneering launchpads on Flow blockchain, our team would like to ensure the greatest experience for projects launching and users who would love to join INOs on the launchpad as well.

Each INO on our ByteNext Launchpad is designed to grant ByteNext community access to exclusive NFTs and Project launches. To be more specific, access to these NFTs will heavily depend on some special requirements and procedures for INOs that we will soon explain to you guys in this article.

💥 A project’s INO on ByteNext Launchpad will usually have 4 rounds: Private Sales, Guaranteed Sales, Community Sales, and Public Sales. However, the number of rounds can change depending on the project’s specific requirements.

✅ Each round needs to have the following information:

• The round’s name
• Total number of minted NFTs
• Mint price of NFTs
• Starting & ending time
• Number of minted NFT per person
• Other conditions & Notes (if any)

✅ Entry requirements for each round on ByteNext Launchpad

• 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝘀: for investors and partners of ByteNext.
• 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝘀: for those who are at the top of the BNP Leaderboard or have the right to buy from the ByteNext Medals.
• 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝘀: for the Community joining in open events, AMA, whitelist, etc.
• 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝘀: for everyone to participate

✅ Other requirements & criteria for each round on ByteNext Launchpad

1. Private Sales:

• For VINAWOMAN NFT holders:
• The wallet participating in the Private Sales must match the wallet holding VINAWOMAN NFTs on https://avatarart.io/collections/VINA-WOMAN
• For ByteNext partners:
• To participate in the Private Sales, please register your wallet directly with the ByteNext BD team.

2. Guaranteed Sales

• Condition 1: Exchanging a ByteNext Medal for slots in Guaranteed Sales (Your Medal will be burned)
• Each round has a maximum purchase value per user. ByteNext Medal holders can have chances to convert their medal to purchasing slots in Guaranteed Sales; the number of slots relies on the medal’s rarity.
• ByteNext Medal redemption:
• Diamond: 3 slots
• Gold: 2 slots
• Silver: 1 slot
• The users will register to use the slot redemption for the registered INO Launchpad project and default will be applied within the Guaranteed round.
• If the number of subscriptions exceeds the number of distributions within the Guaranteed round, it will apply the “First come first serve” (FCFS) rule. Participants will get their refund for the number of slots deducted from this registration.

⚠️ Note: The Medal NFTs will be burned after exchanging for slots

• Condition 2: Being On Top in BNP Leaderboard
• Users will be guaranteed a purchase rate depending on their ranking in the BNP Leaderboard. Before each INO, depending on the number of slots for the Guaranteed round, those who rank in the BNP Leaderboard from top to bottom can participate in the whitelist.

3. Community Sales

Participants who are whitelisted through ByteNext’s events or the partners’ community can join in the Community Sales.

4. Public Sales

All users are welcome to participate in this final round. The amount of NFTs that have not been sold out in the previous rounds will move to the next round until the supply of NFTs is empty.

- Start time: The smallest time of the time starting each stage

- End time: The biggest time of the time ending each stage

- Duration Status: Going from the smallest start time to the biggest end time

✅ Procedure to Participate in an INO on ByteNext Launchpad

1️⃣ Visit https://app.bytenext.io

2️⃣ Connect your Blocto wallet.

3️⃣ Choose a project’s INO and start participating in the round that you are suitable for. You can upgrade your membership (owning ByteNext Medal or staking BNU to receive BNP), or take part in our upcoming community events

Each project launching on the ByteNext launchpad will have a guide for people to join in its INO.

⚠️ Notes:

⚡️ Your wallet needs to prepare at least 0.05 BNB as the gas fee.

⚡️ Prepare the amount of FLOW corresponding to the NFT’s price you want to buy.
