FIRST SCRAP REWARDS
The Council of the Six announced the first rewards for taking part in testing the prototype Personal Command Modules this month. The top ten places received a share of the Š205,000 prize pool.
ScottGreen finished in first place to claim Š50,000, AwesomeWiles second for Š35,000, and summerflame placed third for Š30,000. There was movement toward the end of the top ten on the final day as a few positions dramatically changed hands. This meant some jumped into the scrap reward positions, and others fell out.
The scrap prize pool received by the ten Champions should come in handy when picking up Holographic Data Cards from the Market.
EPICLY HYPER DISTRIBUTION
A partnership was secured this month that allows Serrans to download their Personal Command Modules from the Epic Games Store and HyperPlay Games. A Council of the Six spokesserran said, “This move brings the prototype system to many more Serrans for testing, which is integral to The Preparations for the Grand Tournament.”

The Grand Tournament is the most important thing to happen to Serra since the Schism. While there is little known publicly or documented about the Schism, in this day and age, media and technology are everywhere. To appeal to and attract as many Serrans as possible, the first two tracks of a soundtrack have been released.
The positive take in reaction to the soundtrack is that it makes the Grand Tournament more cinematic and appealing to modern Serrans, encouraging them to take an interest and even compete. The cynical take to the soundtrack has been to wonder whether sanitizing this existential threat with help from the entertainment industry is simply a ploy to placate the masses and dumb down what is actually happening to the planet.
Regardless of your point of view, Serrans are needed for the Grand Tournament, so the more that get involved, the better.
MORE CHAMPION’S TOOLS TO BE ADDED
In a recent press conference, it was announced that new Holographic Data Cards will soon be added to the prototype Personal Command Modules. An additional 34 Champion’s Tools will expand the options available to Serrans when they’re mustering their forces prior to a match-up.
Only Serrans that own these Holographic Data Cards will be able to bring them to a battle. However, such is the egalitarian nature of Serra, you will not have to own these Tools to use them once you are on the battlefield.

RANKED SEASON TWEAKS
The Council of the Six has always maintained that any competitive events using the prototype Personal Command Modules will be tweaked and iterated upon between editions.
Responding to feedback from Serrans testing these systems, the Council of the Six have changed how Champions rating are calculated and granted at the end of each match. A spokesserran, somewhat emotionally, stated, “We want to keep improving our systems for the sake of Serra, and we are immensely thankful to all who take the time to give us feedback. Please know that the fate of the planet rests in good hands as long as there are Serrans like you around.”
