4 Awesome Things That Happened at Camp IHC This Week

Over the past couple of nights, all of Lower Lake — Rookies, Explorers, and Rangers — ventured over to Lauren and Joel’s house for a super sweet ice cream party. Campers loaded their bowls up with oreos, gummy bears, sprinkles, hot fudge and more!

Yesterday, campers participated in an all day March Madness tournament filled with baskets, goals, and touchdowns! The competition level was high and got everyone hyped and prepared for an unforgettable Olympics. Speaking of Olympics, when will that be breaking out? Nobody knows!

On Tuesday, the CITs created a crazy carnival filled with wacky waterslides, tasty treats, and grand games. Everyone had a blast savoring cotton candy, popcorn, and snow cones, winning cool prizes, and zipping through slip ‘n slides.

Today, Camp IHC was turned into a giant game of Monopoly! After rolling the dice at the giant Campopoly Board, each group sprinted to their first locations. All morning, campers ran around to different activities completing as many challenging tasks as possible. At the end of the day, Campopoly Money earned was exchanged for bunk rewards such as Canteen or a movie in the bunk.
