Hello Castle community!

Here are some games people made for our recent Castle Halloween Party. We played all the games people added, and were surprised and delighted with the diversity and creativity of the entries.

All entrants voted on a creator’s choice award, the games with the most unique daily plays won an award, and the Castle staff also picked their favorite. The creator’s choice award came in as a 3-way tie, so we split that award evenly among three games.

decorate Castle or go extinct.

by verysoftwares

decorate Castle or go extinct is a game of discovery, where you must interact with the world and learn from the game to understand how to customize your space. With patience and experimentation, you’ll find yourself going deeper than you expected.

decorate Castle or go extinct gathered the most unique daily plays over the course of the contest, earning our top plays prize! It also was part of the 3-way tie for the creator’s choice award.

he idle

by borb

he idle is a tightly packed, fast, twitchy platform exploration game with a large world to discover (if you can survive). The orange and black atmosphere evokes a surreal vibe.

he idle accumulated the secondmost unique daily plays over the course of the contest, earning our second plays prize. It was also voted the favorite among Castle staff, and it lastly tied among three games for the creator’s choice award.

Hallowring

by gutter

Hallowring is a tough battle where you must triple-task between dodging bullets, controlling an offensive unit, and controlling a defensive unit. The ring-shaped arena will quickly surround you with small enemies in addition to the big boss.

Hallowring tied among three games for the creator’s choice award.

Infiniteeth

by liquidream

Infiniteeth is a nightmarish game where you must dodge an endless parade of violent, disgusting monster teeth.

Hang-o-Lantern

by ccheever

Hang-o-Lantern is a mobile-friendly hangman game where you murder a pumpkin if you lose.

Untitled Dungeon

by ben

Untitled Dungeon is a story-driven dungeon exploration game. Experience an ancient mystery, read dusty tomes, and collect potions as you discover new parts of the map.

Thank you!

We’re grateful to everyone who showed up to make and play games with us. We’ll also be sending out Castle shirts to the entrants and the most active participants.

See you in Castle!
