Clashanians, the day has finally come! The avatars are eager to finally meet their owners and the arenas are all set to host your thrilling battles.

We are excited beyond limits about the launch — making this game was an incredible ride, and we cannot wait to see what you all think of it! Right now, we’re going live in the public beta mode.

What’s different about the Chain Clash Public Beta?

Public beta is a playable version of the game that everyone can access. We decided to go with this for a limited period first, as we would like to collect your feedback before we release an all-round polished full version.

We also strive to give you a smooth start playing Chain Clash. Because of that, we had to pull a couple of features from the public beta that are not essential in the beginning or have a more aesthetical meaning rather than actual impact on gameplay. These features include:

  • 3D renders of clashes
  • P2P Marketplace

A couple of other things may not be accessible right on the fly, but will be within the next 24 hours:

  • You may not be able to assign your unique in-game names to specific avatars
  • Rare and Epic avatars may not be available in the in-game store
  • Avatar vouchers will remain displayed, but these cannot be claimed yet

Will the game still be playable?

Absolutely! You can clash, you can train, you can complete the Challenges — the core mechanics of the game are completely ready for you to explore!

Will your avatars and inventory be reset upon full release?

No, this has never been the plan. Besides, since your avatars are blockchain-powered non-fungbiles, we cannot temper with them.

If we ever need to implement any changes with resetting your inventory as the only option to go, we will make sure to remedy this for you afterward.

What if you encounter a problem or a bug?

While we vetted every single hypothetical issue we could think of, we’re always open for your feedback and we value it a lot. Should you find something that we missed, please, let us know on Telegram or our designated helpline channel on Discord.

Are there other things players should know before clashing?

It’s not mandatory, but you can check out our intro guide to get a better idea of the gameplay, main avatar attributes and so on. We also created a more in-depth manual that will make a clashing expert out of you!

Before you venture off to clash…

We just wanted to say thank you for inspiring and supporting us! Long before today, we could already tell that we’re building an incredible community of passionate blockchain gamers. We’re eternally grateful to each and every one of you joining us on this journey and we hope you will like where it will take us all!

So stay safe out there and go clash like the champions that you are!

Plus a couple of bug fixes here and there to make your clashing experience smoother!

UPDATE APRIL 22 2020: A major Chain Clash update is live!

First of all, the daily challenges are back! They will work on a roster basis, but there are a couple of nuances:

  • There will be 10 daily challenges per day, with only 3 displayed at once. When you complete one, the next from the list comes right up.
  • If you beat all 10 challenges in one day, they will be reset at 22:00 UTC. Please, keep in mind that the progress for uncompleted challenges, including ones where you simply haven’t claimed the reward yet, will be reset as well.

Second, the arenas and Stages have been revamped as well. Several of you alerted us to a balance issue caused by the lack of splitting at a higher Stage. We heard you, and we made sure that this won’t be happening again. Here is how it’s going to work now:

  • We added Stages 4 and 5. Stage 5 is for players with an extremely high score (>1480). That way, the sorting and balance are more up-to-date.
