Sale Details
Our presales (public and private rounds) have now closed and we are pleased to announce we sold 61.6m CHX tokens (including all bonus allocations). This raised 7622 ETH or approximately $4m USD.
Our main public sale is now closed — we will share results shortly.

Max ETH to be raised: 6535 ETH
USD:ETH Peg: $520:1ETH
Max USD to be raised: $3.4 m USD
Unsold tokens will be burnt.
We shared the following five sale instructions with participants.
1. Time
The sale was on a “first come first served” and opened on Wednesday 28th March 2018 at 10:00 UTC.
The sale closed on Wednesday 4th April 2018 at 10:00 UTC.
2. KYC approved ETH address
Only send ETH from the address you successfully completed KYC with.
· If you send ETH from any other address your transaction will fail and you will lose your gas.
· If you have not successfully completed KYC your transaction will fail and you will lose your gas.
NEVER send ETH from an exchange (Coinbase, Poloniex, Bitrex, Bitfinex, Binance etc.). You will lose your contribution. Only send ETH from an ETH address where you own the private keys. We suggest My Ether Wallet or MetaMask.
3. Contribution Limits
· Minimum contribution 0.1 ETH
If you send less than 0.1 ETH your transaction will fail and you will lose your gas.
4. Gas Limit and Gas Price
· Gas Price must be less than 100 GWEI.
If you use more than 100 GWEI your transaction will fail and you will lose your gas.
· Gas Limit should be set to 150,000 Units.
If you use less than 150,000 Units your transaction may fail and you may lose your gas.
5. Token Sale Address
The token sale address was available on our website. The address was shown along with an image of our CEO Sascha holding the hand written address. Check that the addresses match.

Distribution
Public sale participants will receive their tokens as soon as their transaction completes. You will need to add CHX as a custom token in your wallet.
Public presale and private presale tokens will be distributed manually in the days following the public sale.
Bounty tokens will be distributed over the next 4 weeks, after careful review of content, engagement, quality and result metrics. Please check the official bounty update on Bitcointalk. If you have any other questions re the bounty programme, please get in touch via hello@chainium.io
Token Unlock / Transfers
CHX tokens will have transfers restricted (locked) until all sale tokens are distributed and our audit is complete. We will notify the community before transfers are enabled.

For legal and confidentially reasons we cannot discuss exchanges. Please do not ask us. Thanks for your understanding.
