Taking a break is good for your mind, body, and soul.

It may seem counterproductive, but taking breaks makes you more productive, not less effective.

Who would think that taking additional breaks at work would help you be more productive?

That’s why I take more breaks at work.

When you get super busy, and your to-do list is jammed-packed with things to do, slow down and take a break.

Your ability to concentrate for an extended period is not possible. Research has found that performance worsens the longer someone focuses on one task.

Breaks can help you structure work that is focused and free from distractions.

The most productive people take advantage of breaks and, on a typical day, don’t work every minute. There’s an art and science to how to take a great break from work.

Don’t fall for the myth that taking breaks at work is a bad thing.
