Hello, bot world! 👋

I am Caio Calado, UX Designer and Chatbot Evangelist at Take (Brazil), and I am really excited to share with the community all the chat (conversations) that I will have with designers, developers, business people and many other experts from all around the world.

The chat about bots project is an original series of interviews focused on sharing thoughts, experiences and learnings of creating and visioning conversational experiences in this digital world.

Every week, I will have a new guest and a new “chat” about the challenges and learnings that people have while creating conversational experiences. This includes (but is not limited to) subjects like artificial intelligence, chatbots, design, cybernetics, technology, business cases, agile methodologies, automation, social, ethics and others implications.

I anticipate that, for this first season, we will cover topics that can give you an honest introduction about our industry. I hope that all of these conversations will give you a comprehensive picture about this new conversational era and prepare you to create your own conversational experiences.
