The stairs go up and up. The building’s huge!
You pass further corridors, ignoring them. Once, you see orc guards, but raise your shield, and sneak past.
A rat scuttles by your ankle and heads down the stairs. Keeping a low profile.
You sniff, and move on.
Finally, at the top, more orc guards. By mysterious good fortune, all have their backs turned! They’re clustered, looking through a huge gateway.
Shield raised, you approach, seeing a vast throne room. Dozens of bloodthirsty orcs are cheering and yelling, and you hear thuds and screams.
What violence is happening? You push forward…
