“Yes,” you say. “I will kill Ophelia for you.”
Lady Clymestra gives you another faint smile. For a woman whose husband is cheating on her, she sure looks calm. Or maybe she’s a great actress.
But she’s certainly a tactician. She teaches you how to get to Ophelia’s mansion undetected. And then she recruits a guard to help you.
The guard is an elven girl, by the name of Theodora. With her cute, chubby cheeks, and her slightly unruly red hair, she is the most human-looking elf you have ever seen. But you keep your opinions to yourself.
As you wander out with Theodora, you can’t help but engage in chatter. Though the mission is quite serious, your guard is pretty friendly.
In fact, Theodora looks like an innocent, cheerful girl. You would never have guessed that this small, willowy elf could be capable of violence.
