Now Open in Philadelphia, Keeping Residents Safe and Informed
Philadelphia, PA is the latest city to join the Citizen safety network
Earlier this morning, the Citizen safety network expanded to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, helping residents stay safe and informed.
Citizen’s technology keeps everyday people informed with real-time notifications about nearby crime, emergencies, and on-going incidents. This information — available on a free mobile application for anyone to use — enables users to make informed decisions about their safety in ways not previously possible.
“We are bringing Citizen to Philadelphia to keep residents both safe and informed. What fuels us are people getting the right information, at the right point in time, enabling them to avoid danger and to be smart about their own safety,” said Praveen Arichandran, Citizen’s Head of Growth.
Joining New York City, the San Francisco Bay Area, Baltimore, and Los Angeles, the residents of Philadelphia now have open access to the same emergency information to help them stay safe.
Pricing and Availability
Citizen is available for free on both iOS and Android platforms.
