We are humbled by the response to Citizen’s opening in Los Angeles. With a huge influx of new users, along with the support from local communities and civic leaders, it’s clear we all agree that everyone deserves safety.

And we are just getting started.

So how can I bring Citizen to my city?

Lend your voice and demonstrate your support for Citizen’s safety network to your local officials.

Email, call, or tweet your local officials:

Your mayor, local police chief, fire chief, director of emergency management — and anyone else who can share access to first responder radio feeds that enables Citizen to get you important safety information when you need it.

Use the #ProtectMyCity hashtag to spread the word even further.

To the Twitter users requesting Citizen come to their cities: we hear you!

By tagging and contacting your local elected officials, you demonstrate support for this powerful safety utility. #ProtectMyCity

Our mission to ‘Protect the World’ is rooted in the belief that everybody deserves safety. With the information Citizen provides through our free application, all people have the power to stay safe, protected, and fully informed every minute of every day.

Thank you for supporting the Citizen safety network.
