It was a wild November over here at Clout.art. Plenty of important updates, announcements & pleasant surprises came with it, and we wouldn’t want you to miss a thing! So for the sake of giving you a heads up here’s a quick recap of the most significant events over the course of last month.
October 29th — Announcement Of The Updated Version Of The Roadmap
Not exactly November per se. But this article gives a bird’s eye view on how we’ll navigate through the waters ahead so we thought it’d be good to include in this month’s recap. Here we laid out our step-by-step game plan for the upcoming months along with updating you on the massive progress we had made thus far.
The most important distinction we made on this piece was how crucial it was to start pivoting to mobile — as most of our audience works & runs their accounts through that medium.
Nov 2nd/6th — FrankHaveMercy & Sean Kingston Officially Hop On The Clout.art Bandwagon
Yes, that’s right! On these dates FrankHaveMercy & Sean Kingston not only joined our platform, but also minted (and sold) their first ever Instagram posts into NFTs. In fact, Mercy’s bid was already over $1K just a few hours into it! Talk about some major news for the month.
Nov 3rd — The First Generation Sway Creator Staking Pools Are Introduced To The World
Staking is the new following! Creator pools allow fans to now stake their assets to support their favourite creators and influencers, with the value of the pool being directly correlated to the successful sales of NFTs of the influencer. This unique concept ensures that the more valuable content a creator puts out the more valuable their pool will become! Along with combating the irritating dilemma of ‘fake influencers’.
This is a big move for us — and for influencers who want to add an additional revenue stream to their bottom line.
Nov 5th — Clout.art Inks A New Partnership With PlotX
PlotX is a prediction market protocol that provides crypto traders a simplified interface to make money by making the correct price prediction of popular crypto assets. Our recent partnership provides sponsored markets as well as single sided staking to users with more than 100k $SWAY tokens available for predictions. And the best part? Nov 11th — Clout.art Goes Mobile
Thanks to the feedback gathered in the months of September and October — we rolled off our sleeves & went about creating a fully-functional mobile version of Clout.art! Over 85% of our users are accessing and using the platform on mobile devices — so we thought launching a mobile version would increase the number of new NFTs minted and listed on the platform.
And thus far… we haven’t been wrong.
Nov 14th — Live YouTube AMA & Important Announcement
We always love talking to our community. On this Live video stream we discussed a bunch of topics. Trials and tribulations of Web3. The Metaverse. The future of NFTs. And our plan to help creators monetise their creativity long-term. But amongst the most important things was presenting a live demo of how to mint your Instagram post and buy $SWAY tokens.
The community always wondered why they had to burn IG posts just to create their NFT. So that’s why we made slight changes in the interface and now you can mint an NFT without the need to delete your post on IG anymore! This is a huge game-changer for the platform and we’ll continue to go about these upgrades as long as it benefits the entire community as a whole.
After all … The community is always right.
