Help me design better functionality for freelancing website CwSpots.com

As you may know from my last article Have you ever been looking for best café to work from? Or any other (co)working spot? I have launched a landing page from my new project CwSpots — Coworking Everywhere targeted to freelancers.

It is about searching and sharing convenient public places around you suitable for working (I call them spots). Cafés, libraries, restaurants, coworking places. Whatever places could cross your mind and could be ok for working.

Designing the service

Now I’m in the process of designing service itself. It makes it a perfect time for everybody to step into it and share his thoughts about such service.

The core of the whole project is a map with spots, you should be able to search the spots around you, of course easily add new spot.

Each spot should have name (f.e. Starbucks on the corner of 5th and 9th avenue), can have pictures, comments, but most importantly it must have set of indicators, which for now are:

• if the there is a Wi-Fi signal
• how good the Wi-Fi signal is
• whether you can print there
• whether you can buy a drink
• whether you can get a meal there
• whether the spot is suitable for making calls

So if you are a freelancer and you thing CwSpots.com should definitely have some functionality, it is you who can influence the final shape of CwSpots.com, right now!
