I never even heard of Bulma before! What do you think about it?

Naturally I did the first. Now for the second.

I’ve heard of it, never dealt with it but being a framework, my knee-jerk automatic reaction is that it’s utter garbage made by people unqualified to even write HTML in the first place.

I’ve written at lengths about how the very concept of these “frameworks” is a monument to mid ‘90’s site-building methodologies, undoing the very reason CSS even exists…

But Is It True? Are The Creators Of These Frameworks Unqualified To Write HTML?

Sure seems like it. Let’s pull a sample from Bulma’s code examples.
