Ability To Read Whitepaper

Politics is where the phrase “white paper” (or “whitepaper,” any spelling is appropriate) first appeared. The Churchill White Paper from 1922 proposed a policy notion before it was made into legislation, making it the first white paper ever. White papers expanded in popularity in marketing and sales in the 1990s, after initially being employed by politicians as trial balloons. These were used as a method to advertise products and pique the interest of potential customers.

For Context This Is What It Looked Like :

Crypto white papers also work like that.

But depending on the target audience, crypto white papers can have different objectives. For instance, the Bitcoin white paper is written to inform people about a technological breakthrough: sending cash from one party to another without a middleman. Most modern white papers are written to explain the tokenomics and market the project or raise funds for it.

There are three types of whitepaper:

  • The academic ones: examples are Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.
  • The marketing papers: most DApps nowadays have marketing-heavy papers.
  • The trash: pretty much all shitcoins and rushed projects go here.

Where To Start :

Even those who are unfamiliar with blockchain technology can read modern white papers.

Crypto firms are aware that investors may not always be interested in learning how blockchains function. White papers put a lot of emphasis on prospective profits and whether a project has an appealing use case.

As a result, you only need a basic understanding of how cryptocurrencies operate.

Introduction to Bitcoin and Introduction to Ethereum are wonderful places to start.

Ability To Code Profienctly In TypeScript and JS

The future of blockchain-based applications and cryptocurrency is the one where your browser acts as your wallet and your device acts as your cold storage wallet.

Javascript here plays the single biggest role in making this happen. Most of the development in the web3 ecosystem is a backend and is currently displayed to users or made to actually come together by javascript.

All the technical WEB3 Job openings have a job requirement stating SKILLS IN JAVASCRIPT, TYPESCRIPT (JS but with syntax), WEB3 JS ( ETH JAVASCRIPT API)

I’ve included a link to a free database that has everything described here and needed for web3 development if you’re new to this field.

Personal Portfolio Of Projects :

Building a portfolio is typically done in order to land a job. When we lack the requisite training or expertise, it is occasionally necessary.

How can you persuade companies that you are the best candidate for the position in today’s market where they are wary of hiring recent graduates?

By showcasing the work you did on a prior assignment, you can demonstrate your skills. Your chances of landing your dream job increase if your online portfolio is greater.

The second reason is to fulfill your desire to learn new things by developing a personal project.

When we pick up a new talent, we want to experiment and ultimately create a usable thing that can be applied in the real world.

Places Where You Can Start Showcasing Your Projects :

  1. Github : Share your code here for people to join and collaborate with you on projects.
  2. Custom Website: This point cannot be stressed enough , have a personal website as this will act as your digital resume.
  3. Medium: Write about the project, this will give you a better understanding of explaining it to potential recruiters or investors.
  4. Youtube: Share your day-by-day or weekly journey when you are getting started for people to learn and for you to get accountable and finish them.
  5. Twitter: Fastest Way For People to see it.
  6. LinkedIn: This goes without saying LinkedIn is gonna be the fastest way to get attention to your project and connect with like-minded developers. Post the final link to your projects here, for people to use it and give feedback.

The database includes ideas for the project you can get started on without any prior knowledge.

I had no idea there was so much to learn when I started this a few months ago. Fortunately, I was able to learn all the fundamentals from a multitude of internet resources and was motivated to create my own Dapp, and resources list, and teach people solidity.

The bottom line is that while blockchain and web3 technology are still in their infancy, the market is in desperate need of talented and enthusiastic developers. If you’re prepared to become an authority on blockchain and web3, look into the resources listed below.
