How to use Alpha Calls Signals
First off let me say that these indicators are VERY accurate. They are correct 75–85% of the time. With that said, you should always put in risk mitigation measures when trading crypto because many outside factors such as news and economic conditions affect trends, charts and patterns, and they ALWAYS have the ability to catch you on the wrong side.
The system we endorse is proper risk management. You should never enter a trade with 100% of your funds unless you are OK incurring losses on 100% of your funds. The system works best when you enter a buy or sell signal trade with 30–50% of your available trading funds and set some lower buy limits in case the price moves against you. We call this dollar cost averaging. Essentially you are putting up a safety net should the price fall after you market order in on a dip and you are hoping for a rise in market price. Then if the price falls, you can enter more funds at a predetermined price and cut your % loss in half by simply injecting more funds at the lower price. Then your break even/profit target is much easier to attain.
In short we want to reiterate, you will get very accurate calls, but always have a safety net in place, since crypto can be very volatile. Also keep in mind that trading/scalping in a bear market may not yield huge gains all the time but it could very well take you from 50% down in your portfolio, like all the other HODL’ers to only 25% down, which means you will be in the profit before everyone else once the market reverses.
Last note: trading the higher time frames like the 4hr and daily are going to provide less buy and sell signals but will be much more accurate and less risky moves. Trading the lower time frames like the 1 hr provide more trade entries but can sometimes be trumped by the higher time frames, and could end up creating multiple buy signals before reaching a true bottom. Trade with proper risk management and you will be much better off and less stressed.
