In this era of busyness and work, man hardly makes it a priority to cater for their health until it is too late. How would you feel if after all life stress and all you have to do with your hard earned income is to spend it on your health because you did not do that from the beginning? That would definitely be obnoxious. From most medical researches, our health is based on what we eat, think, breathe and what we do. If this is such the simplicity of it, then why are we all not healthy and there are still countless issues on health booming all around the globe. Yes, this is still an issue because we make excuses of not having the time. We therefore take in anything that we get in order to make time for other things. I am not saying that we should be all into our health, but at least we should find it as valuable as we find our work.

Healthy is a complete state of mankind. The state where we are fully functioning, both emotionally, mentally, physically, socially and economically. Most people view health as the state of not being unwell, but health is far more than that. You can be well yet socially or economically or emotionally you are unstable. All these are factors that contribute to the well being of man. Our ways of living are a major factor in influencing our lives.

In other to influence our health, it starts within a person. Yes, this sounds ridiculous. Most people think less of themselves all the time. It is either they are not worth something or they feel abandon. It is good though to have these feelings but letting them get the best out of your life can be a negative influence on your health.The most deceptive thing about this is we do not realize how it affects us. It breaks us done slowly until it becomes too late. Emotions are a crucial part of man, therefore it is good to have them, but are you sure you are having the right emotions? Eradicating negativity can be a though decision for some people, this sounds weird but that is the truth. People sometimes excuse themselves and say its reality. Your decision to stay health must be to eradicate all negativity and stay in the positive zone as much as you can.

Diet is another major factor to good health. In this era of fast foods, most people do not need to worry much about what to eat. I am an example of this. After a long day of lectures and studies, i would just prefer to order takeouts than to cook myself. This is very wrong most of the time. I am not saying takeouts are bad or anything, but how hard will it be for you to prepare something delicious and healthy for yourself. One, it will boost your mood because you have been able to accomplish something and also keep you healthy. Being on the right diet can save us from a whole lot of medical menaces. Drinking water, eating lot of fruits and vegetables, and taking less of anything not healthy to your body. Diet includes physical activity. Exercising does not include going to the gym only but also just a walk around the field, house or streets is good for you.

This are a few healthy living tips to help keep you in the right corner during your lifetime. Do not be consumed by the world of work and forgo your health for anything else. As simple as it may sound, a good rest can save you from a lot of health issues like depression, stress and others. I would recommend in the mindst of all life work, make time to rest.
