Team Iron Fish
The Iron Fish project, as we already know, is quite promising and deals with privacy and web-3 technologies. I would like to review with you the team and find out who is at the helm of all the major cutting edge technologies.
CEO
So, the CEO of this project is Elena Nadolinski.
Elena Nadolinski started her career at Microsoft. She started working there as an intern as a student during the summers of 2012 and 2013. She eventually became a full-time software engineer, working on a feature for Cortana, Microsoft’s virtual assistant in Windows 10. The feature collected information about people based on their interactions with peers as well as the files they shared.
In July 2016, she moved to San Francisco to work at a Silicon Valley startup called Tilt. She worked on the company’s APIs until it went out of business in 2017.
In February 2017, Nadolinski began working at Airbnb on auto-complete searches.
While working at Airbnb, Elena noticed that Silicon Valley was paying more attention to cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrencies, particularly Ethereum. She started exploring this space and attended several hackathons. After winning several hackathons, she began to gain recognition in the field. She now speaks on cryptocurrencies at conferences.
Education:
Nadolinski graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Senior Software Engineer.
Jason Spafford also holds an important position on the Iron Fish team. He holds the position of Senior Software Engineer on the team. Accordingly, he performs a very important role in the company: software development, checking the work of software engineers, working out the direction, analyzing the work done, correcting mistakes, estimating and coordinating the terms of different tasks.
HR + Recruiting.
Jenah C Bielza is in charge of recruiting and part of internal environment of the company. From my experience, I know that a lot depends on a good and experienced recruiter in the psychological state of the team. A person should have a quality that reveals personality at a glance, in addition, it is necessary to conduct a good analysis in terms of knowledge and skills of the applicant. Thus, the recruiter’s role in the team is very important.
Product Designer.
The person who is responsible for the external component of this entire project is Skylar Richard. It is that original logo, as well as various articles in blogs, in the testnet and everything that makes the project brighter and more colorful, thanks to this man. The man does a great job, builds different layouts, pictures, and everything for us to make the project look attractive and beautiful. Thank you for that!
