In July, we celebrated the 5th anniversary of the Ethereum pre-sale, Ethereum’s 4th birthday, and a surpassed a record 500 million transactions on the mainnet.
As the temperature rises, so does the number of enterprises, NGOs and governments launching their own blockchain initiatives. New York City launched a Digital Currency Task Force, German regulators approved $280 million Ethereum token sale, and even the NBA launched a digital platform for in-game collectables in July alone.
While prices fluctuated, the builders kept shipping, and VC’s doubled down on their investments to support projects that contribute to the growth of the ecosystem.
