You might think making a few cups of hot cocoa would be a pretty simple task. I guess it should be. But this week, Sarah and I learned that simple tasks don’t always go smoothly. Things aren’t perfect, and there’s no reason to make it seem like they are. Stuff goes sideways sometimes, but that doesn’t mean we can’t find the pleasure of simple moments in the middle of it all.

Hot or Cold and Too Much Whipped Cream

We needed a quick recipe this particular night, and it just so happened to be one of those cold, wintery Indiana nights. What’s perfect for just such a night? Hot cocoa of course!
