COSMIK BATTLE TECHNICAL ALPHA — TERMS OF USE

Attention, Alpha Testers!

Commencing from October 30, 2PM CET to November 15, 2PM CET, the Cosmik Battle Technical Alpha is in play. All participating pilots are bound by protocols detailed here.

By participating to the Technical Alpha, you pledge allegiance to these regulations. While the Cometh Command assists on the journey, Cometh shall not be held liable for any decisions made with knowledge of these rules. So it is up to you to navigate responsibly.

Content Migration

The Technical Alpha is a testing period carried out on a Testnet. All progression and items collected during the time of the Technical Alpha will be lost once it is over. Premium Cards will be minted on the testnet and have therefore no value.

Galactic Credits to Aurium Conversion

During the Technical Alpha, players will be able to collect Galactic Credits through the Cosmik Journey and the Daily Quests.

The Technical Alpha will only feature Premium Boosters which can only be crafted using Aurium. Players won’t be able to collect Aurium in the Technical Alpha. this feature will arrive later. In order for players to be able to craft Premium cards during the Technical Alpha, we have implemented a tool allowing them to convert their Galactic Credits into Aurium.

This conversion tool will be removed at the end of the Technical Alpha, it is purely temporary.

In-game items sales

Cometh shall not be responsible for the sales, trades or any type of exchange of in-game items between players.

Whitelist sale

Whitelisted spots are strictly personal. Selling or exchanging a whitelist spot against any form of compensation is forbidden.

Cometh Battle Content Migration

Ships, resources, cards and any unlocked or purchased in Cometh Battle, will not be migrated in the Technical Alpha of Cosmik Battle. Migration plan for Cometh Battle digital assets will be communicated at a later date.

Ships, resources, cards and any unlocked or purchased in the Technical Alpha of Cosmik Battle will not be migrated to the Closed Beta or to the final version of the game.

Good behavior

All players are expected to adhere to a code of conduct, which prohibits harassment, toxic behavior, and other forms of misconduct.

Sanctions

Violations to the Technical Alpha rules and Cosmik Battle Terms of Use can result in sanctions, ranging from temporary suspensions to account termination.
