CrowdTool’s first DApp CrowdClick (CC) will utilize Polygon’s full stack scaling solution to allow micro payments through it’s gamified learning marketplace.

Polygon and CrowdClick’s tenure started back at Hacktothemoon, where the newly formed team won Polygon’s track, and was later awarded a grant. Today marks the day, since the hackathon, where they have brought CC to life. With Polygon’s growing ecosystem and support, Polygon enables CC to have micro transactions, crucial for its gamified system.

We believe that micropayments are a key for cryptocurrencies to be successful. The ability to set a reward to achieve a common good. Polygon is currently the best solution to bring micropayments to the masses without renouncing.

CC will use MATIC token as its currency of exchange for the creation of campaigns done by Publishers, and for the users to solve quizzes within the publisher’s website. While utilizing the capabilities of web 3.0, CrowdClick’s escrow contract allows for a trustless system between parties. And if it weren’t for Polygon, the possibilities of micro transaction would be eliminated.

A quick glimpse of CrowdClick and how it works

The system will allow future Polygon commit-chain tokens to be used within its marketplace of exchange. Thus, supporting the ecosystem of the Polygon DApps. As the Polygon ecosystem grows wider by the day, we plan integrations with AMMs such as QuickSwap to support more ERC20 as a token reward on our platform and implement a custom swap mechanism with our own token.

Polygon DApps will be able to seamlessly create marketing tasks on CrowdClick and cultivate their user-base. And soon enough, they will be able to cultivate their own developers community thanks to our next DApp CrowdCommit, the first gitcoin-type of application on Polygon.

What’s Next?

CrowdTools plans to launch its own token using Polygon’s commit-chain.

The token will be a governance token for the entire CrowdTools DApp ecosystem — not just CrowdClick, but also CrowdCommit, CrowdTweet and CrowdLink and community-developed interfaces that will be built on top of the CrowdTools protocol.

CrowdTools aims to be the go-to platform to bridge the gap between web3 products and web3 users — realigning the incentives and streamlining the feedback.

To achieve that, we will soon launch the CrowdTools protocol, a new set of smart contracts that will enable escrow-based micropayments for a wider range of use-cases and which will support new features such as governance and third-party arbitration.

Interoperability will also be a crucial cornerstone in our product roadmap, and as such we will implement a token bridge to integrate cross-chain composability in our DApp ecosystem.
