The pre-sale is LIVE, right at this VERY MOMENT, over at www.crypticconjure.com/sale. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor, as it were: most items are beginning at their absolute lowest prices, and rise with each sale made. Now is the time to buy, and the items (as described last week) can make a vast impact on both your abilities and the economy of the game world.
Players looking for a smaller investment would do well to stock up on the limited featured items, as well as a few of the early-range crysta types (red, orange, yellow). Those really looking to make an impact on the economy, however, and capitalize on the market, should definitely look into early purchases of artifacts. Artifacts are what let you charge other players a fee to use their very significant power, and very few will be found in-game: it’s likely many players will never even see one. We imagine most players will end up specializing in one or two element types, and having an artifact of that type will greatly aid you in crafting spells of that nature.
Regardless of what you decide to purchase, we’re glad to have you along for the ride. Your decisions and involvement will shape the world of Kyra, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to bring you along for the journey. This is a special game, and this is just the beginning: Cryptic Conjure is a massively high production-value game, a first for the blockchain, on Unreal Engine 4. We’re veteran developers and we’re making a game built on the blockchain, a tool to enable gameplay and an economy like we’ve never seen in a large-scale fantasy title.
