What is a good idea? Where do ideas come from in the first place, how do they “appear”? How do we facilitate for creativity and innovation, especially in increasingly technocratic environments such as in big technology and business oriented organisations? This publication is an attempt to collect and describe learnings and reflections around creativity and innovation based on almost 30 years of experience from designing, forecasting, and innovating with digitalisation and information and communication technologies as materials.
