Game Face is the first step to a better gaming experience.
Cyberlete is introducing a KYC process, but we call it KYP, for Know Your Player. People might already be familiar with the KYC process; it’s used to verify identity and usually requires sending in a picture of yourself holding up some form of ID. Finnovant technology is different.
Game Face, or biometric verification, is core to KYP. It scans a person’s face to set many different data points, runs the scan through an algorithm, encrypts it, and secures it.
Here’s what to know:
- Takes about a minute to complete.
- Uses the same facial ID technology you probably use to unlock your phone daily.
- Distributes your personal data on a blockchain, not a single storage device.
- Ensures your ownership of your personal data.
For everything this step does to make sure we know a player is real, it also protects that player’s personal data and gives them control of it.
