1. The CMT Cuber Set for Release This Month

Our pre-sale of the new CMT Cube began on May 31, 2018. Incredibly, due to overwhelming demand within the CyberMiles community, 10,000 CMT Cubes were sold within 40 minutes! Well, good news. Shipments of pre-sale orders — and The Last Cube contest winners — begin this month.

The CMT Cube is a device specifically designed to facilitate validator election during the first year of CyberMiles’ network operation. It is a hardware device that acts as a CMT wallet, with an easy-to-use interface for staking CMTs in the wallet to elect validators.

Everything you need to know about the CMT Cube, our validator program, and associated benefits, can be found at cybermiles.io/validator.

2. A Bird’s-Eye View of the CyberMiles Ecosystem

What are CyberMiles and CMT? They’re more than just a blockchain and a token, respectively, they’re the epicenter of a growing ecosystem that aims to disrupt the world of e-commerce as we know it today. We’ve created a visual of our network, which already is attracting a diverse group of partners and participants that share resources in order to help build and grow the CyberMiles ecosystem.

3. Continuing to Explore the CyberMiles Ecosystem

Speaking of which, have you been keeping up with our ongoing use case series? If not, check out the latest: Collectibles and the Token Craze

Non-fungible token (NFT): A special type of cryptographic token which represents something unique; non-fungible tokens are thus not interchangeable.

Similar to traditional collectibles, the value of a digital collectible is in its ability to be distinguished or is unique. Digital collectibles are created, identified, and transferred as a unique token. The creation, ownership, and identifiers of the token are fully traceable and verifiable so that there only can be one owner of an NFT at any one time.

Read on to learn more about the “non-fungible” token and how it is mapping the future.

4. New #GenesisValidator Program Partners

On the heels of SSSnodes, Krypital Group has announced its intention to join CyberMiles in our quest to decentralize e-commerce. Additionally, Hayek Capital has announced its intention to join the CyberMiles ecosystem by running a Supernode, a significant step forward for the financial industry toward blockchain.

5. Learning the New Lity Language — complete series

CyberMiles recently announced the development of Lity, a new programming language for building blockchain-based smart business contracts. To help our community get familiar with Lity and the CyberMiles virtual machine, we’ve published a #CVM mini-series to explain the features and how to get started using it. The latest and final feature of this series recaps the benefits of using Lity and the value it brings to the developer community.
