There are books that we read for fun. Some satisfy our curiosity. We can also find a rare case of reading that changes our lives. Today I want to talk about those who develop us and push our careers forward. Here are the books that have had the most significant impact on me in 2021.

Got an ego problem? You have to read this

And even if you think that you don’t have it, it’s worth taking this book in your hand. “Ego is the enemy” is a title that can open your eyes to how and why you act in a particular way. It is vital for people in managerial positions, who often have competition and self-promotion inscribed in the foundation of their functioning.

This book is not a typical tutorial in which valuable things you can summarize in several points because the rest are just fillers. It is a really thought-out and well-structured content, which in the first place lays a solid foundation, only to go to dive much deeper later. Thanks to this, we are taken on a journey where we auto-analysis our behavior and better understand the mechanisms that control us.
