What are the basic needs of a human being? We’ve got three of them plus one very important add-on.
Food, rest (sleeping), sex and cave-mind. Let’s figure out how can we pass these needs in order to get to the new evolutionary stage. In order to understand us in a right manner, we reccomend you to read the following articles:

Primarily, we will talk about the basic needs, considering the fact that past twenties centuries made not so much in order to eliminate problems connected to the first stage of needs.

Food

There are no smoking problems, heavy drugs, etc. problems which are produced by a satiated society of first world countries. Damage caused due to these phenomena extremely low, compared with a starvation fact. Only half of the world population has enough food. One-third of the population is starving. However, it is not as bad as it sounds — we’ve already found a solution for this — gene modified food.
Fuck off, you idiots who shout about harmful effects of the GMO food. Come on, mates, harm of the GMO is a trendy topic for the US or the EU but not for Tanzania. The problem of insufficient food stack can cause death or something more dangerous — violence, which is a consequence of our cave-thinking. Third world countries are begging for GMO food, chemical food. Imagine that during the WWII, food supply to Dunkirk or Leningrad is stopped due to the harmful effects of GMO food (by the way, movie is awesome). There are a lot of people in the first world countries who don’t care about life expectancy. Food problem already solved, so at least one economic leash becomes an imaginary one.

Rest

It is not a problem “in-itself”, the real issue is a “home” term. The process of urbanization made us stick to the big cities. When we seek for a home place, our choice usually relies on a “potential opportunities” factor rather than climate area. We have got lots of territories which can be inhabited, but a governmental system, which is working now, made things stupid. “Guys on top” (who are mindfucking the rest of the world) are arguing with each other, deciding how slow world will advance. And it doesn’t depend upon a country — democratically minded countries have to work the same way as totalitarian ones. The system always works “for-itself”, it can’t manage something, which can kill itself.
All citizens of the first world countries have got at least one mobile phone, and eighty percent of them are connected to the internet. Nowadays, there is no problem with identifying your personality, there is always an electronic proof. So what’s the problem with building a direct democracy, based on a worldwide mobile app, firstly divided by territorial criteria, further — connected to a single election system? We’ve got nicely done ideological base, technologies, and goals. There is only one big miss — we’re not smart enough.

Sex

It’s just physics. See, all animals have an instinct of increasing population of their kind, as far as we are animals — we have a same psychological basement. And nowadays it becomes a big problem. When this principle works in terms of available free territory — it’s great, but when there is no free space, it causes wars. So we’re back for the territory management. Also, this need taking us forward to a new goal — space colonizing, but not castrated one like nowadays but pioneer one.

Why should philosophy determine our age?

There is something more. The cause of rising wealth level of first world countries population, according to Maslow, the sphere of these people’s interests going up by his pyramid from economic needs to “spiritual”/cultural ones. In this situation value of individual human being life rises and making-kids process goes out from basic needs to wish category. So the population of the first world countries going down, opposite, the population of third world countries rises extremely, making first world countries — minorities. That’s the main point why direct democracy cant’s become worldwide yet. But the key is simple — new educational system.
UNICEF and UNESCO are doing great charity stuff, but is it a good money spending?
New educational system, based on a philosophical thinking, is the key for general world development — it can fix our cave-mind, it can bring us right to a new evolutionary stage — Homo existincialis.
