A new personal best via runkeeper! I should have pushed harder to hit the 16 km mark though! :-)
I just came back from a 10 kilometer run so this should be a challenge worthy of completing!!!
I need to finish this before the World Cup begins (oh, & go USA!!!!).
I tried running up stone steps on an empty stomach!
Either way I’m glad I was able to run 5 km on a (near) empty stomach!
Now to find something to eat!
Getting back into the groove of things by running more (plus pushups).
I feel a lot better after running, although I’m still hungry truth be told…
