Update from the tech team

We also wanted to share with you a few things our tech team has worked on the past week. As a lot of development happens ‘under the hood’ we want to do a more diligent job in sharing insights with you on this front:

On the data management front we enhanced our ETL and database encryption practices. We also updated our data centers to be GDPR compliant across our entire user-base. On the app front we did our first round of DXT payouts to users mobile-hosted wallet. In doing so we implemented a cron-lambda that works in combination with user-API’s monthly payout route such that people will automatically be paid out monthly. We also developed a PayPal login and payout flow for future iterations of the app. Additionally we are driving our hiring process forward.
