Flint Wallet’s Innovative Mobile dApp Browser
At the beginning of August, we announced the release of a dApp browser for Flint mobile, on both iOS and Android. This means that you can now use Flint mobile for so much more than just storing your tokens and NFTs. You can now utilize these tokens all over the decentralized web, directly from your mobile device! But this is no normal dApp browser, this is unique.
This is the first fully open mobile dApp browser for the Cardano ecosystem. By introducing this functionality Flint is, once again, raising the bar and setting the standard for Cardano wallets. This development doesn’t just mark a milestone for Flint mobile but for all mobile wallets in the wider Cardano and crypto ecosystem.

What is a “Fully Open” dApp Browser?
Fully open means that, through this unique dApp browser, Flint wallet mobile can now be used to interact with any and all dApps in the Cardano ecosystem that have been configured to be usable on mobile devices.
From inside the Flint mobile app users select the “Browse” tab to browse the web, using either Google or Baidu as their search engine, and then inject Flint mobile into the mobile-ready Cardano dApp they want to use that supports Flint.
This innovation is soon to be combined with Flint’s “Compatibility Mode” where users will be able inject Flint mobile into a dApp as any existing Cardano light wallet. This means that the dApp in question doesn’t even have to have integrated Flint to allow you to interact with it!
What type of dApps Can I Connect to Flint on my Mobile Device?
Flint mobile can be connected to a wide variety of dApps on the decentralized web. Here are some examples of the types of dApps you can interact with:
