FigChallenge story: A community for designers who want to challenge themselves.
If you are a designer looking for a fun and creative way to challenge yourself read this. (summary at the end)
As a designer, I knew that in order to grow, I had to challenge myself every day and create new designs.
I used to be more disciplined, but lately, I found myself struggling to maintain the same level of consistency.
Then, it hit me. When I was just starting out, I used to design with my friends in a supportive and accountable community. But now that each of us is doing different things, I don’t have that anymore.
I missed that a lot. So I went on a quest to find something similar. I joined multiple communities and design challenges.
But still, there was something missing!
Social Accountability!
One morning I decided to design my fantasy app to solve this issue and I shared it. This is the image of my design!
The response was incredible! My LinkedIn post received over 89K impressions, and people were asking me where they can find this app.
So, I decided to make it a reality, not just for myself but for all designers looking to grow and be challenged within a supportive community.
Now, our MVP is ready and a selected few are testing it. 🎉🎉
In this MVP version, you can create a challenge, write a description for it and choose a difficulty level, and duration. This allows you to tailor the challenge to your specific design interests and skill level. You can also set up private challenges with just your friends or make them public for anyone to join in. When you are finished you can add a URL to your work so that others can see your design!
We have just started and can only offer 20 spots per week. Join the waitlist now to reserve your spot.
If you have a friend who is already a member, they can invite you to skip the waitlist.
